Betty Buckley releases an album of Stephen Sondheim songs on March 11
Betty Buckley sings Stephen Sondheim contains 24 titles from the late composer’s catalogue.
Tony Award-winning Betty Buckley takes on the catalog of the late composer-lyricist Stephen Sondheim with a new compilation album, Betty Buckley sings Stephen Sondheimreleased on March 11. The album features 24 tracks taken from nine of Buckley’s previous releases and two tracks unique to this release.
Buckley will celebrate the release of the album with a series of concert dates on both coasts, starting with his long-awaited return to Joe’s Pub, Betty Buckley and her friends, March 18-21. She is accompanied by Veanne Cox, Todd Almond, James Harkness and Claire Moore for certain concerts. Visit PublicTheater.org for more information.
