Brian Stewart Campbell, 47, of New Martinsville WV, died July 11, 2021 at Community Hospice Truman House in New Philadelphia OH due to health complications.
Brian was born July 7, 1974 at New Martinsville Hospital to the late George Herbert and Elizabeth Ann (Thomas) Campbell. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his brother George (Tony) Campbell.
Brian was a Boilermaker by trade and began his career with Sistersville Tank Works Inc. After receiving his apprenticeship in 2010, Brian became a member of Local Boiler Maker Union Lodge 667 where he worked as a welder for several utility companies in the Ohio Valley including Charleston WV, Morgantown WV and Dover OH.
Brian is survived by the mother of his children, Gypsy (Campbell) Clegg and a daughter Alexius (Justin) Dennis, both of New Martinsville. Two sons: Desmond (Taylor) Campbell of Huntington WV and Colby Campbell (Andi Blake) of New Martinsville. Four grandchildren: Bentlee, Kole, Harper and Alayna. Three brothers: John and Douglas Campbell of Vienna VA and Gary Campbell of New Martinsville. One sister: Denise Campbell-Barr and one niece: Danita Barr (Tre Ballard) and daughter Ella, both of Beckley WV.
Memorial services will be held at First Christian Church, located at 521 Maple Avenue New Martinsville WV on Saturday, July 9 at 1 p.m. Family 12:30 p.m. with Pastor Sarah Webb officiating.
