In a few days, an amazing event is taking place for the first time in Rochester, just for the kids! If you have a young entrepreneur between the ages of 6 and 18, let them take advantage of this free event that will help them develop and improve their business skills and maybe even win a cash prize of $50!

Details to know about the Fair

  • WHO: 40 young entrepreneurs aged 6 to 18
  • WHAT: Kids create a product or service, develop a brand, develop a marketing strategy, and then open up to customers in this one-day market. Children are responsible for setup, sales, and customer interaction, and any parent seen selling to the customer or promoting the child’s product will result in disqualification from the contest.
  • WHEN: August 6, 2022
  • TIME: 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

  • COST: This event is free and open to the public.
  • PRICE : Cash prizes of $50 will be awarded in each age group for the “highest business potential”, the most creative idea and the “most impressive presentation”.
